This indian naan bread (without yeast) can be made with only four ingredients and is super simple to mix up. Soft and flavorful, it can be served with any curry or dish you like 🙂
- 130 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 50 g soy yoghurt
- 50 ml water, warm
- Put the flour, salt and baking powder into a bowl and mix until everything is combined.
- Add soy yoghurt and water and knead the dough until smooth.
- Divide into three equal balls and roll out quite thinly to a teardrop shape (using a rolling pin).
- Lay it on a hot griddle and cook it over a medium heat for about 2-3 minutes on both sides.
