1tspbaking powder
1/2tspsalt
50gsoy yoghurt (unsweetened)
50mlwater, lukewarm
Anleitungen
Put the flour, salt and baking powder into a bowl and mix until everything is combined. Add soy yoghurt and water and knead the dough until smooth.
Divide into three equal balls and roll out quite thinly to a teardrop shape (using a rolling pin).
Lay it on a hot griddle and cook it over a medium heat for about 2-3 minutes on both sides.
